Description
The film ICE (Robert Kramer, 1970) was banned on the pretext of protecting youth, because it “depicts a group of people who attempt, using armed violence, to abolish the state, killing indiscriminately. In the context of the world-wide spread of violence, the film is deemed dangerous for young people”. The second-grade Censorship Committee permitted the screening of the film, with some cuts.
